Excellent! Owner is super nice and accommodating. Great personality and the room was clean, and had all the amenities. Our whole family stays here when we travel to fort Garland. Highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Great little motel to stop in. No frills or high dollar luxurious rooms but the staff is extremely friendly (I was able to check in at 2:30am with no qualms) and the place is spic and span. I could have eaten off the bathroom floor! and the restaurant next door is super good for breakfast too!!.

Great little motel! We had a wonderful stay. Seamless check-in and check-out. We rented sand boards and goggles (it was a very windy day) and had a lot of fun at Great Sand Dunes NP. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Great Sand Dunes/other attractions nearby.

We simply stayed one night to visit Sand Dunes Natl Park. The front desk lady was very friendly and made sure I got s hairdryer for the room. The pastry breakfast and coffee was also nice. Our room was clean and cozy. Would stay here again.
